About Rachel Perry

I’m a systems thinker with a mission-driven heart who has spent my entire career working in arts and culture nonprofit organizations. After serving as the Executive Director of Auburn Symphony Orchestra (WA) for more than seven years, I’ve done just about everything in the nonprofit realm you can imagine - from hauling podiums to writing six figure grants. I know firsthand that small, hyper-local nonprofits do some of the most critical work that communities need - it’s not always the biggest budgets that make the biggest impact. I’m here to teach nonprofit leaders that tools and systems can not only help their organization, but their well-being. My proudest roles are mama to Benji, wife to Alex, dog mom to Felix, and sister, daughter, aunt and friend to many.
